Is there a free trial?
Yes. Studio comes with a 1-month free trial, and Floor with a 3-month free trial — both set up with your own services preloaded after the onboarding call. No card required.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. Month-to-month. If SalonOps stops being useful, you can export your data and leave. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in the current one.
Do you charge per stylist?
Only on Studio, where a generous staff cap exists to keep it honest. On Floor and Group, staff seats are unlimited — add everyone who touches the floor.
Do the prices include GST?
Yes — the prices shown (₹499 Studio, ₹699 Floor) are inclusive of GST. No surprise additions at checkout.
How do I pay?
For now, payments are handled on a short call — UPI, bank transfer, or monthly invoice. Online card payments via Razorpay are coming soon.
What about Analytics?
The Analytics module is in active development and will be included on Floor and Group when it ships. Early-access builds are available now.
